Hop Up Thing — Barrel Slot Bushings

Stop the wiggle. Lock the hop up in place.

Most stock hop up units have loose fitment in the outer barrel, leaving room for the hop up to rotate or shift vertically. Rotation sends BBs left or right. Vertical movement throws off loading consistency and nozzle alignment. Either way, your accuracy pays the price.

Barrel slot bushings eliminate that play entirely. They fill the gap between the barrel slots and the Hop Up Thing wings, removing rotational and vertical movement at the source. Paired with the barrel O-rings pushing the hop up against the gearbox face, the entire assembly becomes effectively stationary relative to both the barrel and the gearbox. The result is a hop up that stays exactly where you put it, shot after shot.

Why this matters

A hop up that can move is a hop up that cannot be consistent. Eliminating that play means your BB loads the same way every time, your hop up effect stays predictable, and your groupings tighten up.

Finding your fit

Outer barrel slot diameters vary by manufacturer, so each pack includes four sets of bushings covering the most common size range, along with two small Phillips screws for securing them.

To find your size, measure your barrel slot diameter with calipers and match it to the closest set. Or skip the measuring and just start with the smallest set, working your way up until the hop up sits snug in the outer barrel.

Each set is color coded with a reference sticker so you can match diameters listed on the packaging.
