The Alignment Revolution is a Monolithic Assembly.
If you've ever spent hours shimming a gearbox shell just to have your nozzle tilt .5mm and ruin your grouping, you know the pain. We got tired of "good enough" alignment. So we made this.
The PolarStar Direct Attachment is a replacement for the original front cylinder on your F2 or JACK.
What gearbox does this fit?
Short answer: it doesn't exactly need one. The Direct Attachment replaces the front cylinder on your F2 or JACK and connects directly to The PolarStar Hop Up Thing, allowing the engine to mount directly to the hop-up itself. In a traditional gearbox, the upper shell positions and aligns the HPA system with the hop-up. Because the alignment is now built into the Direct Attachment front cylinders, that portion of the gearbox is no longer needed. The electronics, and trigger/selector system can still be housed in a modified shell, a printed lower, or a completely custom chassis. See the manual below for a more in depth explanation!
How It Works
It's a two-piece system: the Direct Attach Front Cylinder and an internal Adapter.
When you thread our Hop Up directly into this assembly, the HPA engine, the hop-up, and the inner barrel become one single, rigid, monolithic unit.
Why does that matter?
Zero Nozzle Deflection — By locking everything together, there's no room for the nozzle to wiggle or lean when it's loading a BB.
Consistency = Groups — If the BB loads exactly the same way every time, the hop-up effect stays consistent. Consistent hop means tighter groupings. It's not magic, it's just better support.
Perfect Alignment — It's physically impossible for the nozzle to be misaligned with the bore. If it's crooked, you probably cross-threaded it. Don't do that.
The Best Part? We're leaving the rest to you.
We're using these in our own custom builds, wild 3D-printed projects, and with Monk Customs Oracles to achieve that "impossible" perfect alignment. It works. It's solid.
Whether you're dropping this into a standard shell to finally fix a lemon or building a scratch-made sci-fi blaster from a 3D printer, this system is only limited by your imagination.
Now available. Ships from Newark, DE.
Note: The Direct Attachment Front Cylinder and Adapter are sold as shown. The F2 engine, hop-up, and Monk Oracle shell shown in product images are not included and sold separately.

Requires either their custom 3d printed gearbox shell or a lot of angle grinding and dremeling of an existing gearbox to get it to work. Extremely disappointed with this product and the product page is very misleading. You are not "dropping this into a standard shell to finally fix a lemon" without cutting away parts of the shell and even if you do, there is back and forth play to be worried about (which their 3d printed shell and insert fixes of course). Such an easy win product to finally get proper alignment without shim tape or messing with screw tightness and it can't even be installed into a standard gearbox shell without heavy modifications.
Nice product I love the idea but this only works for guns without a gear box or you have to literally cut away your engine prongs in the gear box to use it.. it’s going in my oracle so I have no worries but to anyone else’s who wants to use it I’d suggest putting those divots in the adapter to make it usable with other gear box’s.
gearbox needed modification to fit but nozzle alinement is perfect.
I really like this product
Adjusting the alignment on LCT and E&L AK platforms is incredibly complicated because there are so many adjustment points: the pistol grip, the hop-up arm, the selector switch, and finally the gearbox itself. This would go a long way toward avoiding endless hours of work just to achieve an “acceptable adjustment.”
